This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of and must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of sale.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within one (1) to two (2) business days from receipt of order confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Italian public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. The Customer shall be informed without undue delay in the event of significant delays.
Shipping Destinations
The Company ships to Italy, the European Union and selected international destinations supported by its logistics partners.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or limit shipments to certain countries or regions where delivery is not feasible due to logistical, regulatory, customs or security reasons.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Italy: approximately 2–3 business days (mainland), up to 3–4 business days for islands
- European Union: approximately 4–6 business days
- International destinations: approximately 8–10 business days
Delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a binding delivery deadline, except where otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control may occur.
Shipping Costs & Customs
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes and similar charges are included in the purchase price unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
The Customer shall not be required to pay additional shipping or customs charges at delivery except in exceptional circumstances beyond the Company’s control and previously communicated to the Customer.
Carriers & Tracking
Shipments are handled by selected courier partners, which may include DHL, UPS, BRT, SDA or other equivalent logistics providers.
The Company reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier depending on destination, availability and logistics requirements.
Once an Order has been shipped, the Customer shall receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
- Tracking information may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to become active after shipment.
- Tracking information is provided for convenience only and does not constitute proof of delivery.
Risk of Loss & Delivery Inspection
The Company bears the risk of loss or damage to the Products until the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to inspect the package and Products without undue delay.
In case of visible damage, missing items or delivery issues, the Customer should:
- notify the carrier at the time of delivery where possible; and
- inform the Company promptly using the contact details indicated at the end of the Terms.
Liability & Failed Deliveries
The Company shall not be liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.
Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect delivery information or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the Customer.
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the Customer must notify the Company without undue delay. The Company shall investigate the matter with the carrier and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Collection Points
Where available, delivery to collection points or partner locations may be offered at checkout. Availability of such options may vary depending on destination and logistics.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- transport disruptions;
- customs delays;
- strikes;
- natural events;
- epidemics or pandemics;
- cyber incidents;
- governmental restrictions.
