Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or Italian national holidays.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. For orders shipped outside the European Union (Extra-EU), import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
FLYPER SRL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we insure all our packages. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify us immediately at customercare@flyper.it. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
