Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The sunglasses were purchased in the last 14 days.

The product is in its original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and any certificates.

The product is unused, unworn, and has all original tags attached.

The lenses are free from scratches or damage caused by improper handling.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at customercare@flyper.it with your Order Number to request a “Return Authorization”.

Pack: Securely pack the items in the original box.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
